You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and when making purchases.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will send a confirmation email once your order is processed.
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placement, provided it hasn't been shipped. Contact customer support for assistance.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments through trusted payment gateways. All payments are processed securely.
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to market conditions.
Your payment information is encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your credit card details.
You may return products within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
We strive to provide accurate product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, prices, or other content is error-free.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website. We may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EzShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
